Company Overview:
Brisbane Building services is a young & energetic company. Brendan Byrne has worked on a variety of projects in multiple sectors in the construction industry for over 30 years.
The company seeks to deliver projects that exceed our client’s expectations.
The BBS Team works closely with our clients to ensure we understand the brief and develop the budgets.
We will actively seek to reduce client risks by assessing the project for safety hazards (E.g. asbestos materials) prior to commencement, help with subcontractor & supplier nominations from trusted sources.
Brisbane Building services also operates with professional partners for Design, Architecture, Structural approval, Services and Certification.
Community and Staff
Brisbane Building Services is a growing company with great staff and is active in sponsoring local community organisation.
Our Understanding of Projects and Approach:
We will always visit the project and conduct inspections with the project management team and clients to gain a proper understanding of the project.
We will partner with our or your trusted designers, subcontractors, and management to ensure any issues are identified prior to commencement.
Our service trade’s people will have visited site to identify issues and likely routes for services installation in an attempt to reduce damage to existing finishes and delays.
Our project team includes professional and trade qualified personnel, working foremen and support staff.
Our electricians and plumbers are always skilled licensed trade’s people.
All our subcontractors are always known by clients in advance of appointments.
A lot of our work is carried out by our direct staff.
